You might be one step closer to living the “good life” like Birdman. If you have $20 million to spare.
If not just ooh and aah at Birdman’s crib from your smartphone or computer.
That’s right Stunna has listed his big ass mansion on the market.
According to reports, The co-founder of Cash Money Records (encompassing Lil Wayne, Drake, Nicki Minaj, Tyga, and more) is listing his Miami Beach estate for $20 million, per The Real Deal. Birdman purchased the 20,000-square-foot home in 2011 for over $14 million from Rockstar Energy Drink founder Russell Weiner, who threw down $20 million last summer for a beauty on North Bay Road.
The Palm Island estate used to belong to record producer Scott Storch before he lost the place to foreclosure and Weiner snatched it up for $7 million.
Millions were spent renovating the place, according to Brett Harris of Douglas Elliman, who is co-listing the residence with Alex Daguer of Fortune International Realty. The home has 12 bathrooms, 100 feet of water frontage, and a dock that can accomodate a 100-foot yacht. Also included: a summer kitchen with a pizza oven; two wine cellars; a home theater; volleyball court; and bayside pool.
The rapper is looking to downsize, Harris said. “It’s too much home for him,” he said. “We’re actively pursuing other properties [in South Florida] for him now.”
So far, he’s shown the Palm Island property to Saudi nationals and Chinese buyers, and will list it on the MLS on Monday.
Birdman’s ride or die lady Toni talked about Birdman downsizing his home on a past episode of ‘BFV’.
When Braxton’s manager asks if she’d ever consider relocating to Miami, Florida, where Birdman calls home base, she wasn’t 100 percent sure.
“I don’t know. That’s an interesting question,” she admits, explaining that her children’s schooling requires them to be elsewhere..
Toni’ friend ask “So why he’s living the castle?”
Toni says “B” wants to downsize and continues his castle is 23,000 sq. ft and his new crib is a 11,000-sq. ft. penthouse.
